Hi! I’m Laura Caudill.
I’m a User Experience Designer based in New York City, and I find creative solutions to problems.
I’ve always been in the business of understanding the needs of others. I’ve had a career as a theatre artist for 10 years, developing skills in empathy, communication, and research. I’ve also worked as a live events producer where I assisted in transforming a 15,000 square foot abandoned warehouse into a creative event and studio space in Los Angeles. From working in both of these highly collaborative mediums, I understand how to adjust to feedback, thrive in a team setting, and consider the needs of multiple stakeholders.
I find joy in these innovative processes which is why I decided to grow my skills with CareerFoundry’s UX Certification Program.
In previous projects I’ve had the benefit of working in production, media, marketing, customer service, and client relations. I take immense pride in my work supporting companies that have a product and a mission that I believe in. Now, I take pride in my work as a User Experience Designer, using my skills and experience to make the lives of users easier and more delightful.
